They take ₹300.
We take nothing.
From 15 October, every UPI payment above ₹2,000 to your shop, society or business carries a fee. Collect the same money through UPI Zero and you pay nothing. But the fee is only why you start: we run the whole collection for you every month, so nobody has to be chased again. We set it all up, free.

01
Send one link
To everyone who pays you, on WhatsApp or however you already talk to them.
02
They approve once
In PhonePe, Google Pay or whichever UPI app is already on their phone. It takes a minute.
03
It arrives on its own
On the date you pick, every month. No reminders, no phone calls, no standing at the desk.
No fee on what you collect, and nothing to pay us either. Not a smaller fee. Nothing, on the full amount, every month.
Get my collection linkThe same month, twice.
Nothing about what you collect changes. What changes is how much of your week it takes, and how much of it you keep.

How it goes now
You send the reminder. Then you send it again.
With UPI Zero
You send one link. Once.
Some pay on the first. Some pay in three weeks.
It arrives on the date you picked, every month.
You work out who has paid, by hand.
You see who has paid at a glance.
From 15 October, every payment over ₹2,000 costs you a fee.
No fee on any of it, and nothing to pay us either.
And you would have to work all of this out yourself.
And we set the whole thing up for you, free.
Works with every UPI app.
Your customers pay from the app they already have on their phone. Nothing to install, nothing new to learn.
UPI is interoperable, so any UPI app works. Names and logos are the apps and banks your customers already use and do not indicate any partnership with them.
If the same people pay you every month, this is for you.
Housing societies
Maintenance from every flat, on one date, without chasing anyone.
PG and hostel owners
Rent from every bed, on one date, without knocking on doors.
Shop and office landlords
Rent that comes on its own instead of after three reminders.
Gyms and studios
Memberships that renew quietly in the background.
Clinics and daycare
Monthly plans and packages, collected without a queue at the desk.
Service contracts
Lift, generator, water and AC upkeep, billed the same way every month.
Good to know.
No fine print games and nothing to catch you out later. Here is exactly what to expect, in plain words.
Keep what is yours.
Leave your WhatsApp number and we will message you. Before 15 October we set the whole thing up for you, free: your links, your people, your dates. You do not have to learn any of this.
We are not only here for the fee. We manage the collection itself, month after month, and that part does not expire on 15 October.
- We set it up, you do not touch a thing.
- We watch every circular so you never have to.
- Free to use, with nothing to pay us afterwards.
For an invoice, there is also bank transfer.
Not UPI at all, so the new charge cannot touch it. They pay you by IMPS or NEFT straight into your account, and it lands in seconds.
Fill in your account details once and we turn them into a link you can send on WhatsApp, instead of typing an account number into a message and hoping every digit survives. Your payer gets a copy button rather than fourteen digits to transcribe, and your invoice number travels with it.
Worth knowing: a UPI approval cannot take more than ₹1,00,000 in one go. For a larger invoice this is the only way left to be paid without a fee.
The first time, they add you as a payee in their bank app, which takes a minute, and many banks cap that first transfer for a day. Better for an invoice than for someone standing at your counter.
Free, and nothing to sign up for.
Questions people ask.
Do my customers pay anything extra?
No. They pay exactly what they owe you and not a rupee more. Businesses are not allowed to add this fee to a customer's bill, and UPI apps cannot charge a platform fee either.
How can it be free when UPI has started charging?
The fee applies to some ways of collecting and not to others. NPCI's own rules leave the route we use free of charge. This is not a way around the rule, it is the part of the rule that was written this way.
Is it really free?
Yes. We charge you nothing. The only cost anywhere is a one time ₹3 to ₹4 per person that your payment gateway charges when a customer is first set up, and that goes to the gateway rather than to us.
What do I need to start?
A bank account and a list of who pays you. No new QR code, no visit to a branch, and no change to how you bank today.
What if a payment fails one month?
It is retried automatically, up to three times. If it still does not go through, that month is skipped and the next one goes ahead as normal. You see every success and every failure in one place instead of finding out later.
Can my customers stop it whenever they want?
Yes, any time and without asking you, from the UPI app they set it up in. Some apps will point them back to that one rather than cancelling it directly. Either way you see it the moment it happens, which is a lot more warning than a bounced cheque gives you.
For a bank transfer I could just send my account number. Why use you?
You could, and for someone who already pays you every month, you probably should. What the link adds is small but real. A digit typed wrong in a message sends your money to a stranger, and a link removes the typing. Your payer gets a copy button instead of transcribing fourteen digits, instructions if they have never added a payee before, and your invoice number travels along with it so you know what was paid. There is one case where it is the only answer rather than a convenience: a UPI approval cannot take more than ₹1,00,000 in one go, so for a larger invoice a bank transfer is the only way left to be paid without a fee.
What happens if I do nothing before 15 October?
Nothing breaks. Payments above ₹2,000 to your business simply start carrying a 0.4% fee, capped at ₹300, and you pay it. On ₹6,000 a month from 200 people that works out to about ₹68,000 over a year.
Is my money safe?
Money never sits with us. It moves from your customer's bank account to yours through a regulated payment partner, on the same rails your bank already uses every day.
